KTSOED DOC24 has been updated to version 1.15

KTSOED DOC24 has been updated to version 1.15: 

1. Documentolog Lite: functionality for reviewing incoming documents has been implemented;

2. Functionality for deleting documents at the «Creation» stage has been implemented;

3. Notifications have been added to warn about the upcoming expiration of the tariff, including free ones;

4. Functionality for sending notifications about new features has been implemented;

5. The functionality for downloading all attachments in one archive from the document has been restored;

6. Grouping by status has been added in the document journal views;

7. Automatic updating of the left panel of My Documents has been added;

8. Print templates have been added in documents with a text editor;

9. Versioning of contracts: when integrating the EDS and KTSOED, versions are matched and retain their association with a single document;

10. A «Approving Counterparties» button has been added in the Contract creation (Doc24/Doc24 PRO);

11. If the document is not read within 3 days of delivery, an SMS is sent to the recipient's phone specified in the profile, and the sender receives a notification about the unread document, which is displayed during work;

12. Two-factor authentication has been implemented: when logging in from a new device, a code is sent to the phone via SMS and in Telegram, if the corresponding data and settings are available in the profile, or to the e-mail;

13. After performing an action on the document, the user is redirected back to the original journal;

14. A form for sending feature suggestions has been added in the «Help» section;

15. File size limits in documents have been changed according to the Rules for Documenting, Managing Documentation, and Using Electronic Document Management Systems in State and Non-State Organizations, approved by the Government Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018, No. 703: electronic document with attachments of no more than 95 MB, number of attachments - up to 80 files;

16. When registering with an electronic signature, the offer is automatically signed.
