KCOED has been updated to version 1.14

KCOED has been updated to version 1.14:

1. A new Documentolog Lite solution has been added. The Documentolog Lite solution from the Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange (KCOED) provides a service for managing internal and external electronic document flow, designed for legal entities with no more than 30 users. The Documentolog Lite service allows for easy and quick access to the system without the need for implementation, preliminary settings, or adaptation. The service includes the most common types of documents with ready-to-use workflows and cards, as well as the exchange of electronic documents signed with the electronic digital signature from the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan with any legal and physical entities.  Electronic documents with an EDS are legally significant and are equivalent to paper counterparts with a signature and seal, without the need for duplication on paper, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature." The official publication of information about the release of the new solution is scheduled for March 5, 2019.  

2. When signing with an EDS, the option to save the EDS and password in the browser for a period of 7 days has been added; the order of fields has been changed: first «EDS File», then «Password». 

3. The user profile now displays the current active tariff, and the payment history has been updated to include records of tariff purchases. 

4. A warning about the need to specify the invoice number in the payment purpose has been added to the exported invoice and the invoice export page. 

5. A message about the need to sign the offer has been added to the Registration page. 

6. For organizations using the Documentolog EDMS, the ability to use the Documents module of the KCOED web interface for non-integrated document types with the EDMS has been implemented. 

7. The header with DOC24ID in the exported file with EDS has been moved to the right side. 

8. The offer has been updated.
