The automation covers almost all key processes of the university: handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, internal documents, preparing reports on documents and assignments, concluding contracts with counterparties and teachers, HR processes, and more.

The Kazakhstan-British University has been operating since 2001.
It was recognized as the best technical university in Kazakhstan in 2010 and 2011 (NKAOCO rating). In 2009, it became the first domestic university to receive international accreditation for its engineering programs in the UK.
Today, more than 3,000 students, master's students, and doctoral candidates are studying in 4 faculties of KBTU.
We hope that the transition to electronic document management with Documentolog EDS will allow the university to optimize its document management and interaction with counterparties.
