Results of Documentolog's Work in 2020

✨Friends, the year 2020 is coming to an end. It has been a challenging yet productive year.

We are sharing the results of Documentolog's work for 2020 with you:

Document exchange service "Doculite":

? New registrations in 2020:

Companies + 8,299 (+85% from 2019),

Individuals + 13,933 (+61% from 2019).

? Electronic documents sent: + 1,042,603 (+211% from 2019).

? Electronic contracts concluded: + 92,414 (+892% from 2019).

? Certificates issued by NPP "Atameken": + 81,000 (+176% from 2019).

? Number of companies connected to correspondence with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan: +225.

? Minimum savings on courier services thanks to Doculite: 260,650,750 tenge.

? In 2020, 8 releases of the Doculite service were launched, and about 600 tasks were implemented.

? Integration of the Doculite system with the Electronic Labor Exchange (Enbek.kz) was implemented.

? A new document type "Labor Contract" was implemented, which is integrated with the Unified System for Accounting Labor Contracts.

? The pricing of the Doculite service has changed: now all legal entities are provided with up to 5 documents per month for free, and the service has become completely free for individuals.

? A mobile application Doculite was released (2 releases).

Electronic document management system "Documentolog":

? In 2020, 3 releases of the EDM Documentolog were launched, and about 21,671 requests were processed.

? 46,659 information security incidents were recorded and prevented, including: 1,652 hacking attempts and 45,007 events of analysis and vulnerability search in our network.

? More than 15,000 civil servants were transitioned to remote work during the pandemic by connecting to the Cloud Document Management System Documentolog, including almost all ministries and territorial bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

? The Documentolog EDM received a compliance certificate with security requirements established in ST RK/ISO – 15408 with a level 4 trust. This certificate guarantees that the source code and release process of the Documentolog EDM meet international information security requirements.

? Documentolog was officially included in the register of trusted software and electronic industry products of the Republic of Kazakhstan along with six other IT solutions. Being in the register gives manufacturers a priority right to participate in public procurement through a preliminary qualification selection process. The priority procurement procedure for solutions included in the register was defined by amendments made in 2019 to the legislation on public procurement.

? Documentolog became the first Kazakh organization included in the Eurasian register of software.

? Integration of the Documentolog EDM with the 1C system was implemented, allowing our clients to switch to electronic invoicing through the IS ESF.

? A new module "Budget of Income and Expenses" was developed for the Documentolog platform.

? A new mobile application Documentolog Mobile 2.0 was released (3 releases).

? A new feature for learning foreign languages using pop-up flashcards was implemented in the Documentolog EDM.

? Integration of Zoom with Documentolog was completed: now documents can be discussed together, and conferences and meetings can be held with one click in the system.

? A feature for checking the reliability of counterparties was implemented in the Documentolog EDM.

? Documentolog participated in the competition on equal terms and, having passed the selection based on functionality and all mandatory procedures, became a supplier of the SP "E-apostille".

? A partnership was established with Microsoft, and integration of IT solutions of the Documentolog EDM and Microsoft365 was implemented.

? We conducted a campaign to support SMEs and educational institutions in Kazakhstan, during which we provided the Documentolog EDM "Office + Personnel" and the Doculite Unlim tariff for free for 12 months. During the campaign period (from August 5 to October 5), about 170 new companies with more than 12,000 employees connected.

? We launched a project to transform business processes of interaction with clients to ensure an even higher level of service quality and customer orientation.
