Eurasian Bank Automates Key Business Processes with Documentolog

JSC "Eurasian Bank" is a commercial bank in Kazakhstan, ranking among the top ten banks in the country by asset size, providing services to individuals, corporate clients, and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The bank actively implements modern technologies in its operations for the convenience of its clients. This directly depends on how well the internal processes are structured, how employees interact with each other, and how quickly decisions are made on various issues.

Therefore, one of the tools for increasing the bank's operational efficiency has been the implementation of the electronic document management system Documentolog.

• Orders and protocols are now created and approved online;
• Personal assignments from managers are formed and sent for execution in the shortest possible time;
• The status of all documents and assignments is available in the system, ensuring transparency and enhancing performance discipline;
• The bank's management can approve and sign documents from anywhere in the world using the Documentolog mobile application with digital signature support.
