?447 requests were received from current clients through the Documentolog Client Portal, of which 359 (80.3%) were completed on time, 31 requests are awaiting additional information, 4 requests were transferred to the development department, 53 requests are still in progress;

?3,146 events related to information security were recorded. Of these:
