? +329 new clients, including the Republican Scientific and Pedagogical Library of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Transport College of the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M.Tynyshpaev, Mercur Auto Centre, and others;
?+31 companies connected to correspondence with government agencies;
?57,578 documents were sent electronically, of which 46,864 to government agencies;
?14,394,500 tenge - the minimum savings of our clients on courier services;
?523 requests were received from current clients through the Documentolog Client Personal Account, of which 411 (78.6%) were completed on time, additional information is awaited for 24 requests, 5 requests were forwarded to the development department, and 83 requests are still in progress;
?4.91 - the average rating for request execution given by our clients in the Personal Account over the past week;
