Documentolog Business updated to version 3.17

1. Added the ability to create an OSI Protocol in the "OSI Voting" service.

2. Information about the annual discount has been added to the printed template of the commercial proposal.

3. Improved outgoing document: 

- The "Approval" point is displayed only when approvers are specified.

- The "Approval Type" field is displayed when more than one approver is specified.  

4. The ability to export to Excel in all filters has been added to the Development service. 

5. The display of document statuses in logs has been improved; statuses are now displayed by color.

6. The filter by document types and statuses in logs has been improved.

7. A notification has been added upon completion of the "Exchange with the State Authority" service.
