Documentolog Business updated to version 3.15

1. Improved interface and routing of incoming and outgoing letters:

- Changed the document upload view

- Added the ability to assign a responsible person in the incoming letter at the "Received" status for the access group "Office" 

2. Enhanced OSI voting process: 

- Implemented downloading of the "Individual Questionnaire" along with the attachment

- The "Individual Questionnaire" has been renamed to "My Questionnaire" in the personal account of the individual

- Changed the display of charts in the "Responses" tab

3. Improved integration with CVHub:

- Changed the text of the modal window "Company Information" when creating a document for the first time

- The website field in the "Company Information" tab is now optional 

4. Added a check during registration for the presence of a valid individual entrepreneur by IIN
