Documentolog Business updated to version 3.11

1. Email notifications have been optimized:

- reduced the number of notifications

- fixed errors with duplicate notifications

2. Outgoing number and date added when downloading with an electronic signature for document types "Appeal" and "Assignment".

3. Fixed the electronic signature validation error in the "Services" section.

4. Fixed errors related to updating data from the electronic signature in the profile.

5. Fixed errors in the prompts when signing attendance sheets/journals in Kundelik.

6. Fixed the error displaying new notifications in the bell icon.
