Doculite School: Cloud Service for Electronic Document Management for Schools in Kazakhstan

Documentolog, in partnership with Kundelik LLP, has launched the Doculite School service for all schools in Kazakhstan. The service is integrated with the Kundelik.kz system and allows for online signing of educational documents (class journals, report cards, reports, etc.), as well as general and personnel documentation.

All documents are signed in an electronic legitimate format using an electronic digital signature (EDS of the National Center for Digitalization of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and are saved in PDF format with signing information. Thus, they are equated to documents signed by hand.

Previously, the process of maintaining report cards and journals was partially done in paper format: teachers had to download the documents generated in the system to their computers, print them out, and sign them manually. This not only increased financial costs for purchasing paper and printer supplies but also posed a risk of document loss or fraud. The Doculite School service ensures transparency of processes within the school and protects against forgery and document manipulation. It is possible to track the delivery of documents in the system, their signing, and execution.

In addition to signing and storing electronic documents, the Doculite School service allows you to:

?Conduct correspondence entirely in electronic form with other schools, any legal and natural persons, state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and education departments, etc.

?Initiate and sign orders/directives, memos, and other general documentation;

?Enter into contracts with parents of students, partners, and any other legal and natural persons;

?Create personnel statements, sign employment contracts with teachers, integrated with Enbek.kz.

❗️The Doculite School service is provided free of charge until the end of 2022. After the free period ends, each school can independently decide whether to continue or discontinue using the service and purchasing the Doculite School service.
