Doculite updated to version 2.12

1. Voting for participants of the 'Documentolog Triathlon Scholarship' has been implemented and will be launched on December 28 at 18:00.

2. The ability to download information about signatures (digital signatures) in the document for further verification on ezsigner.kz has been implemented.

3. A new document type 'Invoice' has been added - a primary document for the implementation of material assets.

4. The file size limit in contracts has been increased to 30 MB.

5. A feature to create a Support Request has been added to the main page, as well as directly from the document.

6. The integration with the Online Damu portal has been improved regarding the sending of notifications about incoming contracts.

7. The 'My Documents' module now includes functionality for signing multiple documents at once.

8. The ability to export an archive of electronic documents has been added.

9. The download of electronic documents in zip format has been improved, with added pdf attachments containing digital signature marks, information about signatures: full name of the signer, individual identification number, business identification number, timestamp, and the hash being signed.

10. If the digital signature of the received document is negative, the document is returned with the status 'Not Accepted', and the sender receives a comment: 'Document not accepted. Reason: negative digital signature verification result'.

11. The 'My Documents' module now highlights the last viewed document.

12. In the 'My Documents' module, the 'Completed' view now includes the names of counterparties.

13. Contracts now include information about which counterparty is the initiator in multilateral contracts.

14. When downloading an incoming document with a digital signature, the incoming number assigned by the recipient's office is added.

15. If one of several recipients of the document refuses to accept it, the sender receives information about the specific counterparty(-ies) that refused acceptance.

16. The notification for overdue transport digital signatures for document encryption during exchange with government agencies has been changed – it is displayed in the lower right corner, highlighted in red.

17. In the company profile, the 'Update with eGov' button has been replaced with 'Update with Digital Signature' for changing the company name.

18. In the company profile, the ability to edit the legal address of the company and the first leader has been added.

19. In the user profile, the ability to upload a photo has been added.

20. In the key update request, information about the review period has been added – up to 7 calendar days.

21. In the profile under 'Current Tariff Information', information about the number of users for which the current tariff was purchased has been added.
