Doculite.com Updated to Version 1.7

1. The ability to sign QR codes in the mobile browser with a transition to the eGov mobile app has been added. 

2. Users receive a modal window with information about attaching the digital signature.

3. A bug that occurred during registration via Gmail or iCloud accounts has been fixed.
