Why is this necessary?
Currently, all employers in Kazakhstan are required to timely submit information about the conclusion and termination of employment contracts with employees and other important data to the ESUTD (Law No. 321-VI of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2020).
According to the law, information about the conclusion of an employment contract must be submitted to the ESUTD no later than 5 working days, information about termination - no later than 3 working days, and changes to the contract - within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the supplementary agreement.
