Over 4500 Schools Have Gone Digital with Doculite School!

A month ago, we launched the cloud solution Doculite School, integrated with the electronic diary Kundelik.

We are sharing the first results of our work:

?a total of 4,700 schools have connected;

?total users: over 28,000;

?approximately 600,000 documents have been created and signed;

?3,352 schools are communicating with other legal entities;

?409 contracts have been concluded by schools;

?66 documents have been sent to government authorities. 

The service completely replaces the handling of documents in paper format and includes extensive functionality: 

- exchange of electronic documents with government authorities, including the Education Departments of Akimats and the Ministry of Education;

- signing of memos, orders, and other internal documents electronically; 

- working with personnel applications, employment contracts, and sending information to Enbek.kz

- concluding contracts with parents and other counterparties;

- signing grade reports using electronic digital signatures by teachers, school principals, and parents from the Kundelik system – a useful innovation for our citizens, no more need to come to school and sign children's report cards on paper!

- signing journals and other strict accountability documents from Kundelik.

For system users - representatives of schools and parents, we conduct training seminars where we explain the main features of the service. 

We hope that the Doculite School service will enhance the productivity and quality of work for educators across the country.
