We received a letter of appreciation from the «Nur Otan» party for the automation of business processes!
«Nur Otan», as the largest political party, actively participates in implementing socio-economic and political reforms. In its activities, the party interacts daily with various state and non-state companies, as well as addresses citizens' inquiries.
Therefore, document management is one of the main and important processes in the party's work.
We started the project to implement the system in the NDP «Nur Otan» in October of last year. Given the vast territorial distribution and the large volume of document flow, the project was characterized by its scale and complexity.
We are very pleased that our efforts and time were not wasted, and we managed to achieve all the set goals: the work of the Central Office and more than 200 regional branches of the party was transitioned to a paperless format, and the party itself was connected to electronic correspondence with government agencies through integration with the ESDO.
We will continue to work on improving our service!
