Automation in the Arts: The State Academic Philharmonic of Nur-Sultan

Organizations in media and the arts are also transitioning to electronic document management. One such client is  the State Academic Philharmonic of the Akimat of Astana. The Philharmonic is one of the leading concert and educational institutions in the city, uniting more than 10 creative teams and engaging in diverse concert and musical activities.

The management of the Philharmonic decided to automate processes in early 2022 to simplify work and save employees' time.

Employees proposed implementing the Documentolog EDMS, and the management supported this idea. After a demonstration of the system, the management liked the proposed solutions. Since March 2022, the organization has been fully operational in the Documentolog EDMS.

As a result of implementing the EDMS solutions, the Philharmonic not only automated its general document flow but also the processes of personnel document management and work with contracts and acts. External correspondence with counterparties has been optimized, significantly easing the workload of the office staff.
