Process Automation at the I. Altynsarin National Academy of Education

Recently, more and more organizations in the education sector are joining the electronic document management system. The main advantage of implementing electronic document management in educational institutions is the reduction of bureaucracy. Today, we will discuss the case of implementing the EDMS Documentolog at the I. Altynsarin National Academy of Education.

The National Academy of Education has a 100-year history as a scientific and pedagogical center. It develops mandatory state education standards, curricula, and teaching aids for all educational institutions in the country.

Since February 2021, the Academy has implemented the Documentolog system to digitize its business processes.

The goal of transitioning to an EDMS is to reduce paper document flow and enable official correspondence with government agencies of Kazakhstan in electronic form.

As a result of the project:

? The overall document flow has been automated (handling incoming, outgoing, and internal documents, requests from individuals and legal entities, orders for educational activities).

? The Academy has connected to the Doculite service for exchanging electronic documents in a legally significant format.

The implementation of the EDMS Documentolog has allowed the Academy's staff to quickly coordinate documents, conduct electronic correspondence with external contractors, other educational organizations, and also with government agencies of Kazakhstan.
