We are pleased to announce that the new 4th version of the Documentolog system has been released. The system has completely changed its architecture, allowing for expanded functionality and the creation of various IT applications that automate organizational activities and enhance productivity. 

Thus, we are happy to offer you the following IT solutions developed on the now platform Documentolog:

  • Documentolog EDS - an electronic document management system that includes both the «Electronic Office» and additional modules such as «Contracts», «Protocols», and «Electronic Archive»;
  • Documentolog CRM - a customer relationship management system that is fully customizable to the client's working methods;
  • Documentolog Portal - an application aimed at enhancing internal corporate communications. It includes elements of social networks and allows for the integration of existing information systems into a «single» window.


In the new version of the system, many user comments have been taken into account, and the main issues have been resolved. Below is a list of the main changes introduced:

  1. The interface of the system's tabular views has been significantly redesigned. The speed of operation has improved by several orders of magnitude. The ability to customize and save views has been added. For example, for tasks, views can be created by performers, managers, overdue tasks, etc.
  2. Thanks to the active use of AJAX, page reloads now occur very rarely, and preloading content allows documents, letters, and directory entries to open almost instantly.
  3. The organization of background services has been completely redesigned. A new monster written in Java has been introduced, which correctly and quickly ensures the execution of all background tasks.
  4. Overall system performance has improved by several orders of magnitude.
  5. Changes have also affected the internal architecture of the system, which has been structured to ensure maximum code quality, thereby reducing the number of errors and the speed of their resolution.
  6. One of the best design studios in Kazakhstan, Glatis, has worked on the system's design, ensuring maximum comfort during use.
  7. New features have been added, including partially accounting capabilities, which will allow for simple accounting within the Documentolog EDS.

 

 

In addition, we have significantly expanded the system's functionality and released new modules, such as:

 

  1. Reports module for collecting and displaying various statistical data on all documents and directories present in the system. Questions about how long documents are with which employee or which contracts were concluded by which manager and when will now be resolved much more easily and conveniently;
  2. Calendar module performs the functions of a regular paper diary. Compared to its inconvenient paper predecessor, this module has several advantages:
    • simultaneous display of one-day, three-day, and weekly event schedules;
    • quick addition of not only personal but also collective events. Each participant in the event receives access to this entry;
    • timely reminders about events in the form of email messages.
  3. Digital Signature support speeds up decision-making processes regarding documents and the communication of management decisions to employees, as there is no longer a need for the physical transfer of paper documents to employees.
  4. Support for 3 languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English.
