2024 Year Results in Numbers

➡️ Growth of the Documentolog ecosystem: In 2024, the number of users in the Documentolog ecosystem exceeded 1.2 million people. This is 120 thousand companies that have transitioned to electronic interaction and made an important step towards improving the efficiency of their business processes.

➡️ More than 12,000,000 documents were sent by Documentolog users electronically. Together, we managed to save over 168,000,000 tenge on paper purchases. Thus, we saved more than 4,900 trees and conserved over 5,600 cubic meters of water that would have been used in paper production. Your contribution to environmental protection becomes increasingly significant with each document.

➡️ Implementation of artificial intelligence (AI): Documentolog became the first electronic document management service in Kazakhstan with AI capabilities, integrating many useful features into its interface. These capabilities allowed for even greater automation of business processes and the inclusion of various analytical tools. In 2025, we are focusing on developing AI functionality and plan to allocate $1,000,000 solely for research and scientific projects in the field of AI, as well as for hackathons and partnership projects.

➡️ Support for small and medium-sized businesses: At the beginning of the year, we launched a promotional rate of 50,000 tenge/year. Starting from September 2024, you can take advantage of the free Documentolog Start tariff, which is perfect for individual entrepreneurs and small companies.

➡️ Support Center Update: Our Documentolog Support Center has become even more convenient and interactive. It is now a true knowledge library with detailed instructions, guides, and video tutorials with step-by-step tips on the main and most common user questions. Users can also ask questions in real-time via the chat on the company's website.

➡️ Added SMS signing feature: Now, a number of documents on the DG Business tariff can be signed using your smartphone and SMS messages.

➡️ Enhanced data security: Two-factor authentication (2FA) has become mandatory for all users, providing an additional level of protection for accounts and data. This significantly minimizes the risks of unauthorized access and protects your data even in the event of a password loss.

➡️ Integrations with popular platforms: Documentolog has successfully integrated with 1C and Bitrix24. Now, users of these services can work in a single interface without switching between different windows. This functionality will be available soon.
