In the 3rd quarter, over 500 companies joined the legally significant electronic document exchange.

We summarize the results of the 3rd quarter!
From July to September 2018, 517 legal entities and 8685 individuals connected to the service «Kazakhstan Center for Electronic Document Exchange DOC24». In total, during the past quarter, all participants sent 7144 documents.

The DOC24 service continues to develop: during the past quarter, 4 releases were issued:

Among the new features developed over the past quarter: 
✅ A new document encryption mechanism for documents transmitted via the DOC24 service;
✅ A new section «Activity Feed», which displays the latest actions of counterparties on the user's documents;
✅ A new section «My Disk» - an online storage for user files;
✅ «Certification service for verifying documents signed in the Documentolog EDMS with an electronic signature», designed to confirm the fact of document signing by counterparties-recipients who do not use the DOC24 service or Documentolog EDMS;
✅ New pricing for documents signed by two or more counterparties: payment for the document is charged only once from the initiator (sender) of the document;
✅ Registration/authorization through Facebook and Google accounts. 
✅ Functionality for exporting the document log to MS Excel;
✅ Expanded list of attachment file formats (RTF, DOC, DOCX, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, JPG, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RAR, ZIP);
✅ Updated system design;
✅ And other improvements.
