Documentolog 5.25 Release Launched

New features in release 5.25:

• Encryption of uploaded attachments has been implemented;
• A customizable display function for the acknowledgment window has been implemented;
• The “Survey” functionality has been developed and added;
• RabbitMQ: monitoring page
• The “Files” tab has been moved in the menu settings to the “Other” folder;
• The ability to add multiple figures in Excel export has been implemented;
• The ability to export the "Histogram" figure to Excel has been added;
• The ability to export the "Pie Chart" figure to Excel has been added;
• An additional password has been added when saving callbacks in reports;
• The ability to remove the relationship to any document has been added;
• A document encryption flag has been added.

Improvements to existing functionality: 

• A PopUp has been implemented in the “Attachment” field;
• BPM. Entry points in Signal Call have been visually separated;
• BPM. When viewing the Navigator, it is now possible to view subprocesses;
• The digital signature selection window has been redesigned;
• BPM. In the MD action, if the “Delete” parameter is set, field mapping and status will no longer be displayed;
• If an employee has no subordinates, all company employees will now be displayed;
• Document export refactoring has been expanded for the Date/Time field type;
• The "Delete” action is now displayed only if no document is selected;
• Spaces are now ignored when entering search queries;
• In the "Related Documents" variable, a “Alignment” parameter has been added to each field;
• In the Delete action, add document type selection, as currently all child documents are deleted;
• In background signing, the "Waiting for Signature" view will not be displayed if there are no documents;
• Improvements to the report designer;
• In the time tracking table, added: paid educational leave (letter – UO), which is counted as attendance at work, and unpaid educational leave (letter – UN);
• Document refactoring has been expanded for the structure field type;
• When deleting related documents, moving now works;
• Search in the “Events” log has been improved;
• When deleting fields from the document type or log, they are now automatically removed from all related places.
