New Features

For system users

• In the string type field, the mask «Mobile Phone» is formatted as +7 (code) number.
• If the profile in the interface has «No» selected for «Enable notifications in the browser», the email was not updated automatically.
• The width of the column for related documents has been increased, where the hierarchy is indicated.
• The email log has been improved – the column widths are set by default, sorting by the Date field is now in ascending order; all columns in the views are formatted to a three-column layout.
• The display of labels has been improved, with the option to set «Show message in Inbox folder».
• In the logs, if a message/document fits within the screen size, scrolling to the viewed message/document no longer occurs; the list displays from the first item.
• In the Blog module, when creating or editing a post, an action «Cancel» has been added next to the «Save» action.
• The download of attachments with solutions has been improved; now if the title of the solutions block has a single name, the solution results are combined into one block.
• Uniqueness has been added to the names of Labels (does not conflict with Labels created by the Administrator).
• The ability to download the attached file with document solutions has been added.

For system administrators

• The option to disable the side menu in reports has been added.
• In the table columns, a checkbox «Display in print template» has been added to show only the selected columns in the printed form.
• In the variable Related Documents, a visibility level option «Parent and Child» has been added.
• In the Solution action, a separate comment has been added for each answer option, with the ability to set its mandatory input requirement separately.
• Localization for the Table type field has been added.
• SSL and TLS encryption has been added to email.
• Frequency has been added to the Calendar action.
• The ability to configure the download of the attached file with document solutions has been added.

Fixed Bugs

• The additional File type field added in the Solution action was displayed incorrectly when clicking on preview.
• The additional Structure type field added in the Solution action produced an error.
• Additional fields added in the Solution action were not displayed in the template in the variable SOLUTION.
• In the My Documents log, fields created by the user were displayed in uppercase letters.
• On the iPad in the Safari browser, it was impossible to add notification text in the notification window.
• If emails enter the email chain almost immediately one after another, they could swap places in the email chain not chronologically.
• In the dialog box for the Directory type field, extra empty fields were added.
• Grouping by months did not work in the logs.
• In the table of related documents, the names of document types in properties were not updated.
• In the Journal, if the checkbox «Make field visible» was unchecked, the checkbox for Sorting also disappeared.
• In the Blog module, if the post title is long, it was located under the Edit/Delete actions.
• When duplicating document types, in the created copy in Relationships - Child, the document from which the copy was created appeared.
• In the document type, in Actions, if the action name is long, the delete icon (X) was located above the text.
• The layout has been corrected when adding a Variable in the admin panel.
• In the Structure, Directory type fields in the dialog box, the value was not checked if clicked on the row; it only responded to clicks on Name or Title, and did not respond to clicks on the empty part.
