A New Release of Documentolog 7.1 Has Been Launched

A new release of Documentolog 7.1 has been launched, making it even more user-friendly!

The new release offers the following features:

• An alpha version of the «My Office» section has been implemented. It serves as an alternative to well-known applications like Dropbox or Google Drive. This section is for storing personal files and editing documents, which can then be shared with other users.

• The functionality of LibreOffice Online has been added for document editing, allowing users to create and edit documents directly in the browser.

• A customizable view of full-text search has been implemented, allowing users to choose to view results in a relevant format or sorted by a specific field.

• Automatic deletion of emails has been configured. Now, during prolonged system use, a large number of emails will not accumulate.

• A web service for editing structure has been added. This allows for the automatic creation, editing, and deletion of departments and employees within the organization, as well as adding functions such as task delegation and employee substitution.

• Multiple actions in the journal. A series of specific actions can be performed with documents in the journal, just like in «My Documents»: moving, approving, signing, and registering.

• The mobile application has been updated. For example, mapping has been added for certain links to open directly through the app, and mobile device notifications have been configured via the PUSH service.

• Authorization has been simplified with the ability to remember all devices from which the user has logged into the system, with the option to view all authorized devices.

• The ability to import document types has been added to avoid redundant work in creating a document type that is similar to one already created in another system or template.

The most significant achievement of the new release is the ability to sign documents with a file-based digital signature via JavaScript. There is no longer a need to install the Documentolog Agent and Java on the user's computer!
