New Release v. 4.5.4 Launched.

For System Users

• A column has been added by default in all journals to display a paperclip for documents with attachments, similar to email.
• In the profile, the option to disable notifications about new emails in the browser at the bottom right corner of the window has been added.
• In the email section, highlighting of the last viewed email has been added.
• In the Related Documents Table, the ability to display the hierarchy of related documents has been added.
• In the profile, the value of the parameter «Number of displayed rows» is now also set for the Related Documents Table (previously it was only set for journals).
• The ability to edit your last comment on documents within 5 minutes has been added.
• Buttons "Next" and "Back" for navigation through documents in the journal, similar to email, have been added.
• The ability to move to "To the beginning" and "To the end" in the structure has been added.
• Icons have been added in the panel above the documents on the left: «To My Documents», «To Journal»
• The «Versions» icon has been moved from the left to the right side of the panel above the document.
• A new feature «Keyboard Shortcuts» has been added. Ctrl+M – create an email; Ctrl+Enter – save/send email; Ctrl+Y+1 – create a document from the journal, the first from the dropdown menu of the «Plus» button; Ctrl+Y – create a new document from the document window; Alt+1,2… - call an action on the document from the document window, the number indicates the order of the action from the left.

For System Administrators

• A field for Replacement Time has been added to the structure, after which the responsibilities of the replaced employee are automatically removed.
• In the File type field, the ability to set file size limits by formats has been added.
• Masks for string fields: phone, mobile phone, e-mail have been implemented.
• In the menu settings, when creating a new menu item, the ability to specify a tooltip for it has been added.
• In the settings for Journals/My Documents, a tooltip for views has been added.
• In the Related Documents Table, the option to enable/disable the display of the hierarchy of related documents has been added.
• In the Related Documents Table, if there is no hierarchy, the option "Show current document/Do not show" has been added.
• Document selection window: the ability to display fields of this document as table columns has been added.
• The ability to copy document types has been added.
• In My Documents, the ability to set the order of fields created by the administrator in My Documents has been added.

Fixed Bugs

• Event log management: the volume of saved records is limited to no more than 100,000 records, and when the limit is exceeded, automatic cleanup occurs.
• When changing the states of documents (approved, completed, in progress, etc.), the views of journals/My Documents are updated automatically.
• A bug when opening the template editing window has been fixed, where the styling was displayed incorrectly in the notification.
• A bug when adding a user to a group has been fixed, which required re-saving the menu.
• A bug when adding the Variable Related Documents (related documents table) has been fixed.
• When editing a comment, the «Edited» label is not displayed in the message itself.
• A bug has been fixed: in the control panel in Settings, app_mode does not work if changed.
• A bug has been fixed: when refreshing (F5) in the journal, directory (where there are many documents), the layout was distorted.
• A bug has been fixed: when changing a Word file via the Windows client, the file size display (next to the file name) did not change.
• A bug has been fixed: search in attachments does not work in the My Documents section.
• Duplicate notifications from documents to email have been fixed.
• The absence of the installation file Documentolog-agent via the link in the profile has been fixed.
• A bug has been fixed: If in the Table type field any field is set as Non-editable and the default field is filled, then when pressing «Add After or Before», these fields are empty.
• The recording of the employee's full name from the Structure field type has been fixed.
• The change in the width of fields when entering them depending on the selected value has been fixed (the width constantly changed and went beyond the screen if the field value was very long).
• The display of the message above the «Upload» button when uploading an incorrect image format has been fixed.
• The display of the Related Documents Table when there are no related documents has been fixed.
• Chat functionality issues have been fixed.
