Welcome the New Year with the new release of KTSOED DOC 24!

KTSOED DOC 24 has been updated to releases 1.12 - 1.13

The new releases contain a lot of useful solutions regarding the service's functionality, and we have completely changed the pricing rules for the service! Let’s discuss the main changes in detail:

1. Implementation of the industrial certificate

2. Integration with the information system «Electronic Invoices». Thanks to the integration, it is now possible to send invoices signed with an electronic signature directly to KTSOED as an attachment with a link to the information system «Electronic Invoices».

3. The «E-REC» service. This is a special service that we implemented at the request of JSC «Astana-REC». This solution will optimize the work of utility services in the future.

4. Monitoring of documents sent by VSHED to government agencies. This means that you can track the status of a sent document by its document ID.

5. New pricing for document sending. Now, the tariff is based not on the number of documents but on time. This means that instead of a fixed payment for sending 1 electronic document, you can send an unlimited number of documents within the selected period.

For legal entities:

• 1 day - 800 tenge,

• 1 month - 16,000 tenge,

• 3 months - 45,000 tenge,

• 1 year - 150,000 tenge

For individual users:

• 1 month - 990 tenge,

• 1 year - 8,000 tenge.

Another great piece of news for our clients using the Documentolog SED: for clients with a current contract amount exceeding 1 million tenge, a special DocPremium tariff is available. This tariff provides completely free electronic document exchange!

6. Now, regarding data security. In the new release, we have implemented the most modern document encryption schemes. Now, when a document is transmitted between two SED instances and KTSOED, it is first encrypted in the sender's SED, passes through KTSOED, and is only then decrypted on the recipient's side. Only meta-information is available in DOC 24, such as the details of the parties, the time of sending and receiving the document, and data about the electronic signature. The document itself is not accessible, as the attachment is encrypted.

In addition, a feature has been implemented to notify users of logins from other workstations. When logging in from another browser or device, a corresponding notification is sent to the user's email address.

And the most important feature of KTSOED: through the service, all legal and natural persons in the non-governmental sector can exchange legally significant letters not only among themselves but also with government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2018, the DOC24 service experienced rapid development and demonstrated its effectiveness. In the New Year, the Documentolog team will continue to work on further improving the service!
