Integration of Employment Contracts with the Enbek.kz Portal Implemented in Documentolog EDS

Digitalization of the labor market is gaining momentum in Kazakhstan. Starting from September 2020, all employers are required to reflect in the Unified Accounting System of Employment Contracts (UAEC) information about the conclusion, termination, and amendments to employment contracts with employees.

This allows employers, when hiring employees with their prior consent, to obtain information about their employment activities in the UAEC without requesting a large number of supporting paper documents.

Employees can access information about their employment contracts at any time through their personal account on Egov.kz. This not only simplifies the employment process but also protects against potential social risks by displaying information about all contracts, contributions, and deductions.

❓What opportunity does the integration of Documentolog EDS with the Enbek.kz portal provide for processing employment contracts?

Previously, when entering information about employment contracts into the UAEC, employers had to perform double actions: conclude an employment contract with the employee (electronically or on paper), and then manually send the information to the Unified Accounting System through the Enbek.kz portal.

Thanks to the integration of Documentolog EDS with Enbek.kz, it is now possible to send information to the Unified Accounting System directly from the Documentolog interface with just one click.
