Two-Factor Authentication Implemented in Documentolog
To enhance information security, we have implemented two-factor authentication in the Documentolog system. Now, when attempting to log in from a new browser or device, the system requests a «verification code» that is sent to a trusted email address.
After entering the code, the «new device» is added to the list of trusted devices. You can easily block it after the session, and the system will request authorization confirmation again.
You can also view all devices that have accessed the system, including the authorization status (successful or unsuccessful). This way, you can track all suspicious login attempts and block devices if necessary.
Currently, we are testing two-factor authentication on our internal portal.
This service will be available to our clients with the release of Documentolog 7.4.
