To simplify the control of document execution with counterparties in the Documentolog system, we have implemented an additional feature called 'Document Tracking at Recipient'.

To simplify the control of document execution with counterparties in the Documentolog system, we have implemented an additional feature called 'Document Tracking at Recipient'.
How does the feature work?
Now, when sending an outgoing document, you can enable the option 'Track Document Notification'. After that, for each action taken on this document by the counterparty, you will receive notifications to your email linked to the Documentolog system. For example, when the document is received by the counterparty, you will receive a delivery notification, followed by a registration notification, and so on.
Thus, you will always be aware of when and by whom the document was registered, transferred for execution, and executed. You won't need to constantly log into the system to check the status of the document execution with the recipient.
Notifications can be received not only by the document author but also by the signing or approving party. If desired, the functionality can be configured for other documents as well, along with the option for automatic notifications. To do this, you need to contact Documentolog specialists.
In the near future, this feature will be available to all Documentolog clients.

UNICEF Kazakhstan и Documentolog подписали меморандум о цифровом партнёрстве на национальном UNICEF Youth Forum 2025 в Алматы. В соответствии с документом Documentolog получает статус Digital Partner for UNICEF и приступает к разработке новой цифровой платформы для молодёжи — UNICEF Jastary.
