Integration of the Doculite System with the Electronic Labor Exchange (Enbek.kz) Implemented

The Electronic Labor Exchange (www.enbek.kz) is a unified digital platform for job searching and assistance in personnel selection. The portal contains a wide database of job vacancies and resumes from all regions of the country, which is updated daily from various sources. All processes in the Electronic Labor Exchange occur online.

For the convenience of Doculite users, we have implemented integration with the Enbek.kz portal. Now employers can create and send job vacancies for posting on the Enbek.kz portal directly from the Doculite interface, as well as receive email notifications about candidate responses.

According to paragraph 2 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the Population", employers are required to send information about available vacancies to the Employment Center via the Enbek.kz portal. This service ensures compliance with this obligation.

❓How to connect the "Electronic Labor Exchange Enbek.kz" service?

To connect the service, you need to:

1️⃣ Log into the Doculite system;

2️⃣ Go to the "Services" section;

3️⃣ In the opened window, switch the "Connected" parameter to "Yes" next to the "Electronic Labor Exchange Enbek.kz" service and click the "Save" button.

After connecting the service, you can create a job vacancy in Doculite. For this, a new document type "Job Vacancy" is available in the system. After creating a vacancy, it is automatically sent to the Electronic Labor Exchange portal.

When creating a vacancy in Doculite, a Personal Account on the Enbek.kz portal is automatically created. The login and password for accessing the Personal Account will be sent to your email address.

If a job seeker responds to a vacancy posted on the Enbek.kz portal, you will receive a notification about the response in your email. To view the information, you can immediately go to your Personal Account on the Electronic Labor Exchange via the link provided in the notification. The information about responses will not be displayed in the Doculite system.
