Doculite Users Can Now Validate Signed Documents in ezSigner

The ezSigner service is designed for creating and verifying electronic digital signatures (EDS) for electronic documents. With its help, citizens can remotely verify any electronic document for legal significance.

The document verification process is as follows:

1️⃣ To be able to verify a document in ezSigner, the signature creation option must be enabled in the Doculite user profile (https://doculite.kz/login). This feature must be enabled for both parties involved in the interaction.

2️⃣ After that, you can open any signed document and download it for verification in ezSigner. The document is downloaded in CMS format.

3️⃣ Next, the downloaded document can be uploaded to the ezSigner service and checked for validity.

4️⃣ Information about the results of the verification of the electronic digital signatures of the document signers will be displayed.

Thus, any document signed in Doculite can be verified. The ezSigner service allows you to ensure the legitimacy of the document, check information about the document signers, their IIN, the company's BIN, the signing date, and more.
