Sign Employment Contracts with Your Employees in an Electronically Legally Significant Format Using Doculite!

Recently, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Yerbol Ospanov during a broadcast of the anti-corruption service spoke about electronic employment contracts and their advantages. According to him, changes to the law have already been made, and in 2021 all employment contracts in Kazakhstan will exist only in electronic format.

We have integrated the Doculite service with the Unified System for Accounting Employment Contracts. Now, when concluding employment contracts with employees through Doculite, the contracts are registered in the Information System "Accounting of Employment Contracts e-hr."

So, how do you sign an employment contract with a new employee?

1. Register on Doculite.kz as a legal entity. (If you are using the EDM Documentolog, skip this step);

2. Ask the employee with whom you plan to sign the contract to register on Doculite.kz as an individual;

3. Create or upload the contract in the Doculite system or the EDM Documentolog;

4. In the counterparties, specify the aforementioned employee;

5. Sign the contract on your side using the electronic digital signature of the legal entity with signing authority;

6. The contract will then be sent to the specified employee. They must sign the contract with their personal electronic digital signature as an individual;

7. After signing from both sides, the action "Send to Ehr" will be available to you. After sending, the contract goes to the Unified System for Accounting Employment Contracts, and information about the contract is recorded in the electronic labor book of that employee.
