What has changed? 

- Implemented digital signature functionality; 
- Added a user agreement wizard; 
- Implemented a block for viewing the user agreement in the profile; 
- Enabled the function to double the application cost when a test server is available; 
- Added a new application category «Pilot Operation» - applications for this period are sent for evaluation by the manager and, upon approval, are forwarded to the executor; 
- When ordering a demo of the System, visually highlight unfilled fields; 
- Implementation applications submitted through the portal are displayed in the Client's applications; 
- Added a «Draft» tab for unsent applications; 
- Included an additional check for available balance when submitting an application; 
- Evaluation and comment blocks have been modified for usability; 
- A new user guide has been posted; 
- The list of deductions by contract can now be exported to Excel;
