🔹Global Changes and Trends

COVID-19 is now in the past, but in the four years since the pandemic, the world has changed multiple times. Objectively speaking, the pandemic acted as a catalyst for growth for us, as during the lockdown, people were forced to stay at home while businesses needed to continue their operations. Thus, the realities of the pandemic compelled businesses to actively adopt new digital tools for remote work, which is precisely what our company offers.

It was just five years ago, and today we are witnessing a new revolution — the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, which is changing work and efficiency. This is also a kind of "pandemic," but voluntary and not accessible to everyone.

🔹New Challenges for the IT Industry in Kazakhstan

Due to the strong influence of the government on the IT sector, I believe Kazakhstan needs a clear development strategy for the next three years. The market needs to know the government's priorities in IT and the economy: where support will be directed and where it will not be forthcoming. In which sectors of the economy and which IT solutions will be in demand and funded? For example, it can be said with certainty that we will not create our own servers or our own Facebook, but a domestic accounting system and AI models could become a priority.

🔹New Technologies

Currently, one of the key challenges for the industry is the development of AI tools, which are radically changing traditional work processes. Modern LLM models open up new opportunities. That is why in 2024 we established a research department in the field of artificial intelligence, which studies advanced developments and implements them in Documentolog. Our task is to integrate AI tools in such a way that their use feels natural and seamlessly fits into our users' usual work processes. We have already achieved significant success by implementing several AI agents and algorithms into Documentolog.

🔹What the Employee of the Future Should Be Like

Critical thinking remains a key skill. In addition to that, the ability to effectively use tools and interact with AI is important. Traditional prompts are no longer relevant, as modern artificial intelligence models are developed to the extent that one can engage in dialogue with them and receive relevant results without the need to formulate requests in a strict format. However, despite the capabilities of AI, the final decision always rests with the human.

🔹The Mission and Role of the Company in the Future

In 10 years, we see the company as a leader in the digitalization of business and government structures, significantly influencing economic development. We strive for our products to become key tools for the growth of our clients' businesses, process automation, and international interaction.

We plan to strengthen our position in Asia and Europe by offering innovative solutions in business process automation, actively utilizing AI tools. Documentolog will become a platform that facilitates trade between countries, providing convenient and secure digital services.
