"Previously, the Committee used the Doculite service for electronic correspondence with its partners, which automated the work with the most in-demand types of documents. After a positive experience with the service, a decision was made to switch to the Documentolog system. The Documentolog EDMS has become a convenient and flexible tool for solving tasks related not only to document storage and processing but also to managing complex administrative processes" - noted representatives of the Paralympic Committee of Kazakhstan.
The practice of using the Doculite service when transitioning from paper to electronic document management is popular among our clients. Many clients initially try to automate external correspondence with partners, getting acquainted with the capabilities of electronic document management. Subsequently, feeling the effectiveness of working electronically, they move on to comprehensive automation of business processes provided by the Documentolog EDMS.

В 2026 году в Казахстане усиливается контроль за соблюдением трудового законодательства. Одним из ключевых инструментов регулирования становится Единая система учета трудовых договоров (ЕСУТД), функционирующая на платформе enbek.kz. Государственные органы переходят к более строгому администрированию: с марта 2026 года за нарушения порядка внесения сведений о трудовых договорах в ЕСУТД вводится административная ответственность.
