We have updated the EDS Documentolog to version 7.3

We are sharing the main innovations of the release:

• Filters in the document access log have been optimized. Quick search fields for documents have been created in the log. Now, you can obtain data with a single query, saving time.
• The system supports new versions of PHP.
• Access settings have been added for each user based on solutions. The number of users for each solution will be taken into account during licensing.
• Signing of electronic signatures from document to document without using WS.
• A new type «List» has been created, which returns a list of records from the reference book (document type) with fields for synchronization. This functionality enhances integration with other systems.
• The functionality for personnel policy has been improved. Web services with the following methods have been implemented:

            - Dismissal

            - Long-term leave

            - When transferring to a new position

• The ability to create multiple cards in the reference book with different print templates depending on users has been added.
• User log journaling by the administrator has been implemented.
• A user Trash has been created, where users can delete documents that were created by mistake. It should be noted that such documents are only those that were created but have not yet participated in business processes with other documents.
• The ESEDO format signature has been added in applications on the iOS platform.
• The native application for iOS has been improved. It now works faster and allows for quicker document handling.
