Therefore, many companies are hesitant to completely abandon familiar paper carriers. One of the main reasons is the absence of a familiar signature on the document, which confirms its authenticity.
In paperless documents, the electronic digital signature (EDS) serves as the equivalent of a handwritten signature. But is a document signed with an EDS legitimate?
