Results of Documentolog for the First Half of 2021

Last Sunday, July 4th, the Documentolog team held an off-site team-building event that began with an official segment. We reviewed the results of our work for the first half of 2021, which has been fruitful for the company.

Last Sunday, July 4th, the Documentolog team held an offsite team-building event, which began with the official part.
We summed up the results of the work for the first half of 2021, which was fruitful for the company. We want to highlight the main points:

Regarding the Documentolog system
✅ The number of system users increased by +14% compared to the first half of 2020;
✅ Among the new clients: Tengizchevroil, BI Group (60 unique processes implemented), JSC "DB "Sberbank", JSC "Eurasian Bank", Amway Kazakhstan, and others;
✅ Two releases of the Documentolog EDS were issued;
✅ A User's Personal Account was developed within the Documentolog EDS. Now all users of our clients can submit requests to the support service;
✅ Documentolog's pricing policy has been updated;
✅ New customer service standards have been implemented.

Regarding the Doculite service:
✅ More than 11,000 new users have joined the service: individuals and legal entities;
✅ More than 530,000 documents were sent and over 77,000 contracts were signed;
✅ Five releases of the Doculite system were issued;
✅ A new "Voting" module was implemented within the service: voting by individuals, collective voting by legal entities;
✅ A new Doculite School operator service was implemented through integration with kundelik.kz;
✅ A new BI Group operator service "Electronic document processing for admission" was launched;
✅ A Sberbank service for customer banking services was launched;
✅ A functionality for sending documents to unregistered users was developed;
✅ A functionality for tracking and controlling document sending to the HSE was developed;
✅ Version 1.3 of the Doculite mobile application was released.

Also, based on the results of the first half of the year, a survey was launched for employees. Based on the survey results, feedback was received, and areas for continued work in the second half of the year were identified.
