Doculite Updated to Version 2.16.1

1. A form for inviting non-residents: legal entities and individuals has been added to the outgoing document in the 'Other Countries' tab of recipients.

2. In the 'Other Countries' directories, clicking the 'Invite Counterparty' button displays the invitation form for non-residents.

3. A mask has been added to the Company/User name field, now it is not possible to enter only numbers; it has been supplemented with letters A-Z, a-z, and the allowed symbols are ._, 1-9, while letter case is ignored.

4. The page version for signing documents by unregistered users has been improved and is now more responsive.

5. A checkbox "Generate signature for verification in Ezsigner" has been added to the "Profile" section.

6. When creating a document, unregistered users can now choose the method of sending: by email or by SMS.

7. Functionality for sending documents to unregistered users via SMS has been added: it is necessary to enter a mobile phone number for sending. A short link to the document and an access code are sent to the user.

8. The API of the key server has been fixed.

9. A check for the expiration of transport digital signatures (EDS) has been added when sending documents to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including to multiple counterparties); if the EDS is expired, a corresponding notification is displayed and the sending of this document is blocked.

10. BI. When a document arrives from the EDM, the service is automatically connected.

11. In the admin panel under the accountant's account, the total amount in "Integration with Documentolog IS" and "Integration with third-party IS" has been improved.

12. In the "Journals" directories, the request is canceled when changing the view.

13. In the "Counterparty" directory in "Other Countries", a column "Company/User name" has been added, and the column "BIN" has been removed.

14. Functionality for sending to unregistered users: the text of the invitation email for the counterparty has been improved.
