Doculite Updated to Version 2.13

1.  A new document type has been implemented: voting with an electronic signature.

2.  Receipt display has been implemented when exchanging documents with the government: Successfully sent from Doculite / Sending error from Doculite (point "Not sent" with action "Resend"), Document successfully delivered / Not delivered, error in ESEDO/PEP (point "Not delivered" with action "Resend"). 

Addressing individuals: Response to execution successfully sent from Doculite / Error sending response to execution from Doculite (point "Response not sent" with action "Resend response to execution"), Response to execution successfully delivered / Response to execution not delivered, point "Response not sent" with action "Resend response to execution").

3.  Application for connection to ESEDO, Application for key update: Upon receipt of delivery, registration, and executor assignment receipts from JSC "NIT", information from the receipts has been added to the Work Progress. Applications are closed upon receipt of execution information from JSC "NIT".

4.  Integration services for message exchange with Simpsign and 1C (integration with the Russian Federation) have been improved.

5.  The ability to download a Commercial Offer with technical specifications has been added in the Payment section.

6.  The ability to download a contract with the results of approval has been added.

7.  The ability to download xlsx files with electronic signature marks has been implemented.

8.  The ability to edit the second signatory in the contract has been added if they have not signed the contract.

9.  Additional agreements from Doculite are sent to the EDM as a document type "Contract" with the field "Type of Contract" filled with the value "Additional Agreement".

10.  The synchronization of the counterparty directory with the EDM has been improved.

11.  Connection of new operator services has been moved from the profile to the "Services" section.

12.  The tariffs page has been redesigned.

13.  Integration for sending requests from Doculite to the Documentolog EDM as a separate document type has been configured.

14.  Pages for cases of service unavailability or scheduled maintenance have been added.

15.  The FAQ page has been modified.

16.  A link to Work Progress has been added in the "Execution Status" block to view all events related to the execution of the document. 

17.  Changes have been made to employment contracts according to the ESUTD update.

18.  Changes have been made to the integration of NPP-ESF of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the ESF update.

19.  Notifications have been added to Telegram working groups in cases of unsuccessful email sending.

20.  For individual entrepreneurs, the ability to export an invoice for cashless payments for Doculite tariffs has been added.

21.  For individuals, actions "Assign responsible person", "Assign route" for approval, and sending for execution have been excluded from the routes.

22.  Logging of actions on the document in Work Progress has been improved: detailed information on actions has been added.

23.  When creating a request to the Support Service from a document, the Doc24id of that document is automatically added.

24.  Archival information on unlimited tariffs is retained in the administrator panel. 

25.  The page for adding tariffs in the administrator panel has been corrected.

26.  In the administrator panel, in the company section under "Documents", columns "Reg. No." and "Reg. date" have been added; in the document history, if a child document is created, the Doc24id of the child document is displayed.
