Doculite has been updated to version 2.14

1. Doculite Vote:

1.1. Added the option to vote with or without an electronic signature (with email or mobile phone confirmation via SMS)

1.2. Implemented the ability to choose a short link for voting

1.3. A sample of the voting results is displayed at the beginning of the voting card, revealed in a mini-window

1.4. In the voting results, the option with the highest number of votes is highlighted

1.5. Added the ability to send suggestions for service improvement. The suggestion will be sent to the Doculite Operator.

1.6. Implemented the distribution of voting results to voters as an email attachment

1.7. When checking by Doc24ID, it redirects to the voting results page

2. The 'Exchange with Government' section has been moved to Services: application for connection to ESED, key updates

3. The ability to send by email (to unregistered users) has been moved to the document creation stage (outgoing, contract)

4. If an outgoing document is sent by email, a "Sending" stage is added before the "Sent" stage with a "Send" button.

5. In the Key Update Application, information about the presence of current transport electronic signature keys with their expiration date has been added. When attempting to submit a new key update application, a warning about the unavailability of exchange with government agencies during key replacement is displayed.

6. In the Counterparty field in the document card, the search has been improved: Legal Entities - by name or BIN, Individuals - by full name or IIN. The entire list of Individuals is not displayed in the counterparty directory; Individuals are displayed based on a specific search query. Individual Entrepreneurs are displayed in a separate tab.

7. Added notification to the responsible person for the contract via email and in the "Bell" section after signing by all counterparties

8. Added notification to the document author about the delivery of the document to the recipient via email and in the "Bell" section

9. The tariff frequency has been changed from 30 days to calendar months

10. All system actions and their parameters have been added to the Work Progress

11. Errors returned by VShEP are displayed during the work process when documents are not delivered

12. BI Group service: a limit on each attachment has been implemented - up to 3.6 MB

13. Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund services: if Damu's ESD is unavailable when creating a document in Damu services, a message about the unavailability of Damu's ESD is displayed, and the document is not created.

14. Fixed an error in editing counterparties created by users
