Recently, Amway has provided the opportunity for Kazakhstani Independent Entrepreneurs to sign work completion acts (WCA) and invoices electronically when interacting with Amway. This service is offered free of charge through the Doculite service for all Amway contractors.

Amway is an international company that manufactures and distributes mass-market products such as personal care items, cosmetics, household chemicals, and more. Amway is the number one company in the direct selling industry worldwide and in direct sales in Kazakhstan for 2020. Independent Entrepreneurs (IEs) of Amway around the world have the opportunity to build their own business with Amway.
Recently, Amway has provided the opportunity for Kazakhstani IEs to sign work completion acts (WCA) and invoices electronically when interacting with Amway.
This service is offered free of charge through the Doculite service for all Amway contractors.
❓How does the process of signing work completion acts work?❓
1. A WCA is created in Amway's internal system and sent to the Documentolog system;
2. The WCA is processed in Documentolog and sent to the Amway contractor in the Doculite system;
3. The contractor signs the WCA in Doculite;
4. The WCA is returned for signature to Amway management, who have the ability to sign up to 500 WCAs with one click.
Thus, using the Doculite service allows Amway management to save time and resources spent on signing documents, while Amway entrepreneurs can more easily and quickly close documents for payment collection.
