JSC “NC “KTZ” Automates Business Processes with Documentolog

During the "Digital Almaty 2023" forum, we signed an agreement to conduct a pilot project with the national company KTZ - the largest operator of the railway network in Kazakhstan.

Documentolog automates not only the general document flow processes at KTZ but also crucial HR processes, which will optimize the work of the company's HR department and reduce the time spent on routine document handling: hiring and firing employees, granting leaves, and other important HR processes will be conducted online in electronic form. The integrated Documentolog Office application will allow users to create and collaborate on documents directly within the system.

Additionally, thanks to the partnership, KTZ will be connected to electronic document exchange with government agencies.

"By deploying the Documentolog system, JSC 'NC 'KTZ' will be able to send and receive documents from government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan electronically, which will reduce the processing time for requests and lower the level of bureaucracy in routine work of the services," notes Anuar Akhmetzhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Strategy and Digitalization of JSC 'NC 'KTZ'.
